Texas Moms in the Making Groups
Kirstie Harper leads our Alvarado, Texas group which meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 6:30pm CT. Kirstie is a mom to her daughter, Emery, who was born in 2019, and she is currently trusting God for more children. She works for Trinity Habitat for Humanity and loves to love to refurbish furniture or do something artsy in her free time. She decided to become a leader because she wants to help other women find hope through God when their fertility journey feels hopeless.
Brittany Bateman leads our Benbrook, Texas group which meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. After multiple attempts of IUI treatments, IVF and a miscarriage, Brittany and her husband are still pursuing God for their miracle baby. Brittany owns a women’s clothing boutique but in her spare time she loves baking. She decided to become a leader because she wants other women to know they are not alone through their journey. She believes in MITM and wants God to use her to show women His grace and love.
Andrea Davis leads our Dallas, Texas group which meets at 6:30pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Andrea has been married to the love of her life for almost 7 years, and is extremely grateful to be living her dream of being a home maker, as well as participate in non profit organizations that are near and dear to her heart. While she waits for the Lord to expand her family, she is the proud mom to her mini Australian Labradoodle, Harlow. She decided to become a leader because she desires to encourage other women that it’s possible to find purpose, joy, confident hope and peace in their seasons of waiting – just as the Lord has done for her!
Morgan Smithhart leads our Frisco, Texas group which meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:45pm CT. Morgan and her husband have been trying to grow their family since 2018. They own their own insurance business together and love to go country dancing in their spare time. Morgan decided to become a leader so she can help other women on their journey.
Ashley Coen leads our Mansfield, Texas group which meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Ashley is a stay-at-home wife and has been married for almost 12 years. She enjoys reading, working out and coffee dates. She and her husband have been trying to grow their family for 8 years and their journey is filled with God’s faithfulness, healing, redemption and restoration. Ashley decided to become a leader because Moms in the Making changed her life and she is ready to help other women find their hope in God during their journey.
Christa Kingston leads our Montgomery, Texas group which meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at 7pm CT. Christa is a mom to one son born in 2014 and is currently praying for more miracles to be added to her family. She works as a virtual teacher and enjoys working out, doing anything outside, going on coffee dates with friends and spending time with her family. Christa decided to become a leader because she wants others to see that Jesus doesn’t waste this hard season, but instead He uses it so we can learn to find out the true joy that is in Him.
Lauren Netherland co-leads our Plano, Texas group which meets at 7pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Lauren is a worship leader, singer-songwriter, and also works for a brand communications company. She and her husband have pursued a natural route to become parents the past 5 years and are always eager to see what God has next. She decided to become a leader because she loves seeing the hope that comes from women learning how to walk through their deepest pain with God & faith-filled community. Moms in the making fits perfectly with her heart to pastor and create an environment for people to experience both truth and love.
Christian Hobbs co-leads our Plano, TX which meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Christian is a nurse practitioner who loves shopping, movies and traveling. Christian decided to lead a group because she felt God calling her to support and lead other women.
Sorani Robinson leads our Tyler, Texas group which meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 6pm CT. Sorani is a Director of Strategy and Development for a non-profit lending company. She enjoys traveling, experiencing cultural foods and any activities near water. Sorani decided to become a leader because the Holy Spirit prompted her to share her journey in hopes to encourage and empower other women in their similar seasons.
Texas Moms Made Groups
Moms Made, an extension of Moms in the Making, is our group for moms who journeyed through infertility but now have a miracle baby (babies) at home. These groups are reserved specifically for those women who were members of one of our in-person or virtual Moms in the Making support groups. If you are looking for faith-filled support in your new season of motherhood, Moms Made is the group for you.
Andrea Gardner co-leads our Celina, Texas group which meets at 6:45pm CST on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Andrea is a Director of Operations of a Financial Services Firm who enjoys working out, reading and traveling. Andrea pursued IVF to grow her family and birthed her miracle, Jordi, in 2022. She decided to become a Moms Made leader because after struggling with infertility and becoming a mom she missed the sisterhood she had in her Moms in the Making group.
Alexis Inderbitzin co-leads our Celina, Texas group which meets at 6:45pm CST on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. She previously led a Moms in the Making group for the last three years. She’s been married for 7 years and walked through infertilty for 5 years. She and her husband then adopted 3 embryos via embryo adoption in 2022 and birthed their miracle, Sunny in 2023. Alexis enjoys working out, hanging out with her friends, trying out new restaurants with her husband and eating Chick-Fil-A! She loves connecting with people and considers the girls in her group her sisters and feels so blessed to now experience motherhood!
North Richland Hills, Texas
Kim Marin leads the North Richland Hills, Texas group which meets at 7pm on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. Kim passionately loves her morning coffee and owns her own business. After a long journey and two late term miscarriages, she and her husband had their miracle baby girl in 2022. Kim loves being a part of a Jesus-centered ministry that is making a huge impact and changing lives everyday!
