At the last meeting of our Moms in the Making spring semester, I found myself sobbing. As we went around sharing, the women testified to how Moms in the Making came at the perfect time in their lives. After I became pregnant and lost my baby, something inside of me broke physically and emotionally. For many years, I went through different fertility treatments trying to get pregnant. My husband and I began a long journey of surgeries for both of us, IVF attempts that failed… and still, we couldn’t conceive. At some point, I decided to pause everything.
This is a bit of a testimony to God’s very good plans for me and how Caroline’s testimony and her lesson about speaking life really changed my perspective after conference.
