In December 2022, my fertility journey began when we found out we were pregnant. Sadly, in February 2023, we miscarried. Later that year, after undergoing testing, we were told by two doctors that we had less than a one percent chance of getting pregnant naturally due to male infertility factors.
In March 2024, I received a promise from God that I would bear children soon, though His “soon” often looks very different from ours. Shortly after, I discovered Moms in the Making, which became a source of deep community and comfort during this journey. In March 2025, I was baptized at the Moms in the Making Leader Retreat, and we continued to pray faithfully for our miracle.
In May 2025, I began looking into IVF options and scheduled an appointment for June 15. After making the appointment, I felt a strong check in my spirit. God was prompting me to cancel it. I didn’t understand why at the time and was deeply upset, but I chose obedience.
On June 15, the very day my IVF appointment was supposed to be, I found out I was pregnant naturally. Praise God! We later learned that our baby girl is due in March, exactly two years after God gave me His promise. He was faithful, and He had a plan the entire time.
